Is God leading you to share the joy by helping someone grow spiritually??? With whom has the Spirit been nudging you to share your Walk to Emmaus experience? Invite your friend to attend a New-Ark Area Emmaus weekend.
Simply have your prospective pilgrim complete the candidate's portion of the registration form and return it to you; then you complete the sponsor's portion of the form. Attach a check for $25.00 for the initial fee, and mail it to the address indicated on the registration form; or you may give it to either the Men's Registrar (Dave Baker) or the Women's Registrar (Janice Calland).
Remember that we do not need to wait until just a few weeks before a walk to recruit a pilgrim! We are responsible for making disciples every day of our lives. Recruit your pilgrims now -- and when the invitations are sent out for the next walk (about 8 weeks before the scheduled walk weekend), your pilgrim will be one of the first ones invited.
If your pilgrim decides they cannot attend the walk to which they have been invited, they may decline, and then they will be one of the first to be invited for the next walk.
Don’t forget to attend the Sponsorship Training to be updated on what your responsibilities are before, during, and after your pilgrim's walk.
