Below are the primary files required by a New-Ark Area Emmaus Community Music Director to lead music for a Gathering, or for a Walk to Emmaus or Face to Face Encounter event.
Among the files listed below are a PDF and several compressed (zipped) folders containing the following:
- Community Songbook Official CCLI Chordcharts -
PDF files downloaded from the CCLI SongSelect service; multiple keys are provided for some songs (the last part of the file name indicates the key of the song) - Community Songbook Official CCLI Leadsheets (melody & chords) -
PDF files downloaded from the CCLI SongSelect service; multiple keys are provided for some songs (the last part of the file name indicates the key of the song) - Community Songbook Local Chordcharts -
Word files for most of the Songbook songs; each chordchart lists the song roadmap that is followed by the corresponding PowerPoint slide file; files may be modified to transpose keys, etc. - Community Songbook Slide Roadmaps -
for all of the songs in the community songbook, a (PDF) listing of the song roadmaps that are followed by the corresponding PowerPoint slide files;
it is the responsibility of the Music Director to notify the Audiovisual Technician (Gathering) or Technical Director (Walk or Encounter event) if they wish to deviate from the standard roadmap, and to communicate the desired differences so that the slides may be modified accordingly - Community Songbook Slides -
